RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right to return the products he has selected and received, within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by the company and are borne by the customer.

Products that are available upon order are excluded from the right of return. Shipping costs and other additional services are non-refundable.

In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, your order form, and credit card snippet (in case you have paid by credit card) or a bank account number in the name with which you placed the order. You can send all these back to us with any transport company you wish (courier, transport company or something else), or even deliver them to us in the store. The return policy of ordered and shipped products can only be valid if:
